☞ You understand and are fully aware of the condition of the album you will receive
(sealed/unsealed, etc.)
☞ We will not be liable to any known AND unknown damage/s and missing inclusions for unsealed albums and used goods. Kindly manage your expectations.
☞ We will also not be responsible for any damages caused by international and local couriers.
☞ Orders are under NORMAL ETA and will take approximately 4-6 weeks to reach PH upon dispatch from Korean address. ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL is subject for delays. Please manage your expectations.
☞ KANDY SHOP PH will not be liable to any delays in shipping caused by suppliers, couriers, and/or warehouse dispatchers.
☞ Once we have issued a paid-to-supplier receipt, KANDY SHOP PH will not be liable to any unfortunate situations, including but not limiting to non delivery of goods, damaged, and incomplete orders.
☞ In case of non-delivery of goods with fault to suppliers (scammed), KANDY SHOP PH will refund the remaining funds or supposed profit to buyers.
☞ Settle on or before scheduled date of payment. Late fees will be strictly implemented amounting to Php 50.00/day.

☞ No payment after 7 days from date of payment will automatically tag you as bogus buyers.
☞ Bogus buyers may be posted on our page with name and tweet handle and will be banned from ordering from the shop.
☞ KANDY SHOP PH reserves the rights to modify, cancel, and limit orders from individuals at our discretion.
☞ Local shipping fee will be collected once items arrived at Philippine warehouse.
